Group term life plan that allows you to purchase extra term life insurance
coverage for yourself, spouse and children. Life insurance is available from a
minimum of $20,000 to a maximum of 5 times your basic annual earnings.
Guaranteed issue is up to $120,000 for employees, $50,000 for spouse and
$10,000 for your children. These guaranteed policies are for new hires
enrolling within 30 days of their hire date. Health questions required for all
other employees.
Permanent Life Offered through Texas Life Insurance
Permanent life coverage is a personally owned, individual insurance policy to age
100 that can never be canceled or reduced as long as you pay the premiums.
The policy continues even after you retire or terminate employment. Coverage is
subject to limited underwriting requirements.
